Mountains

  • The Basha Valley often gets overlooked due to the fame of nearby Baltoro, but it shouldn't be underestimated. Despite not having eight-thousand meter peaks, the valley is full of stunning and valuable destinations that are waiting to be explored.

  • This is the true heart of the Karakoram, waiting to be discovered. Some of the already-climbed peaks include Spantik, Malubiting, Laila Peak, Haramosh, Mani Peak, Bargancho, and more.

  • The valley is also surrounded by numerous trekking routes that cross over the surrounding saddles. Arando serves as an ideal starting point for these adventures, with options ranging from easy three-day trips to multi-day extreme expeditions that will require your full dedication.
